Loom & Sprout is a sustainable fashion brand committed to reducing waste and promoting ethical production. We operate through a Teemill x Shopify technology integration, which means our garments are produced on demand and fulfilled using Teemill’s technology while we handle customer interactions through Shopify.

2. Our Products & How They Are Made

All our products are made to order, meaning they are only printed when you place an order. This allows us to reduce overproduction and support a more sustainable future.

Since we don’t hold stock, our ability to offer exchanges and returns is limited—please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

3. Ordering from Loom & Sprout

When placing an order on our Website:

  • You confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Orders are processed through our Shopify platform and fulfilled via Teemill’s print-on-demand service.
  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Cancelling an Order Before It Has Been Printed:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loomandsprout.com
  • If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Cancelling an Order After It Has Been Printed or Shipped:

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • However, you still have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unopened, in its original packaging, and in its original condition. (See Section 5 below.)

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Our products are shipped directly from Teemill’s fulfilment centres.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for:
❌ Choosing the wrong size
❌ Change of mind

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is returned unopened, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.

If your order is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement. Full details are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Loom & Sprout. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

You may:
✔ View and use the Website for personal, non-commercial use.
❌ Not use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

  2.  Not interfere with or disrupt the Website’s operation.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment system.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and Website content, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  • Product images will perfectly match the final item (due to screen settings and print variations).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loom & Sprout shall not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from the use of our Website or products.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party services, including Shopify or Teemill.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
