Return and Refund Policy

Unlike fast fashion brands that mass-produce garments (often leading to landfill waste), every item we create is made to order, meaning it’s printed only when you place an order. This approach eliminates overproduction, reduces environmental impact, and ensures that every piece we make is truly wanted.
Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy compared to fast fashion brands that rely on excess inventory. Instead of mass-producing and discarding unsold stock, we focus on responsible production, and we encourage mindful shopping. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re always happy to help in a way that’s both fair to you and sustainable for the planet.
Order Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, in the original packaging, and unopened, we’ll issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost.

- Once we receive the unopened item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
🚚 Returning your order: The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure that every order meets our high standards, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Returns for Sizing or Change of Mind
Because every Loom & Sprout item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

❌ Change of mind after the 14-day cancellation period
