Order Processing and Dispatch
Once you place an order, it enters our production queue, where each item is crafted specifically for you. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
Delivery Options and Charges
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
- Standard Royal Mail: £4.50
- 1st Class Royal Mail: £6.50
- Priority Royal Mail: £12.50
Shipping costs are calculated in £GBP and will be displayed during checkout. Free delivery over £100.
Packaging
In line with our commitment to sustainability, all orders are shipped in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging. Our durable paper mailers are designed to protect your items while minimizing environmental impact.
Invoices and Receipts
To reduce paper usage, we do not include printed invoices within our packages. All order confirmations and receipts are sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout. This ensures that the recipient won't see any pricing or purchaser information, making our orders ideal for gifts.
